The Travel Clinic has a team of providers with extensive experience in travel immunizations and travel health. The Travel Clinic is dedicated to keeping you healthy and safe by providing a full range of pre-travel services for international travelers including vaccinations, COVID-19 testing and health consultations. The Travel Clinic does not accept health insurance and payment is due at the time of service. Appointments are required for all immunization and travel services.

Call 303-602-3520 to schedule your travel consultation or vaccine only appointment! For vaccine only appointments you can also schedule using MyChart. For questions or more information, please email travelclinic@dhha.org.

  • Adult patients are encouraged to come alone to their appointments, but may be accompanied by 1 person if necessary.
  • We encourage parents to only bring children who are receiving vaccines.

Once you have scheduled your appointment:

Complete your pre-travel consultation paperwork online!

A travel consultation is required for:

  • All prescription medications (Malaria, traveler's diarrhea and high altitude sickness medications).
  • If you are unsure which vaccinations and medications you need for travel and want to learn more about general travel advice.

Travel consultation appointments are in high demand and fill up quickly. Consider scheduling your appointment at least six weeks before your trip.

What immunizations do you offer and how much do they cost?

The Immunization Clinic offers many vaccines at different costs. View our vaccine cost page for more information.

What if I get sick after I come back from my trip?

If you are ill after your trip (fever, flu-like symptoms or persistent diarrhea) we encourage you to contact your primary care provider for evaluation.

What if I just want vaccines and don't want a consultation?

If you know which vaccinations you need for your trip you may call the clinic at 303-602-3520 to schedule your vaccination only appointment. There will be no charge for a consultation. However, prescriptions are only available with a consultation.

Do you give prescriptions for malaria, traveler's diarrhea or high altitude illness?

Yes. Prescriptions are provided with a consultation appointment only.

How long before my trip should I schedule my consultation?

During our busy times consultations may be booked out for 6-8 weeks. We recommend to schedule your consultation as far in advance as possible. For questions, please call our clinic at 303-602-3520.

Will I get reimbursed by my health insurance for travel vaccines and the consultation?

The travel clinic does not bill health insurance plans. However, upon payment you will receive an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company.
